Dinner with the Sartorialist!

I am so happy that The Philippines is really getting it’s fair share of fashion personalities.  I think this is just a testament of how powerful our beautiful country is getting to be. I was recently invited over to diner to meet one of the most influential fashion bloggers in the world  Mr. Scott Schuman of  http://www.thesartorialist.com   He was in Manila for only a day and I was really blessed to have met him over a small and intimate dinner of just over a dozen people.

I visit The Sartorialist’s blog almost every day and I always get inspired every time I log on.  Mr. Schumann is a guest of the SM group where he will be dong endorsements and a campaign for the SM MEGA FASHION HALL.  This is a very special area of the mall which will be concentrating of imported design lines that will surely excited Manila fashion denizens.

It was a really nice evening filled with so much insightful stories about lighting, subjects and his Manila experience.  He was really engaging and personable considering he must have had zero rest or sleep.  I wish he stayed longer but he did promise to come back and to take his girl friend Garance over and enjoy the rest of the Philippines.  Thank you SM group for having me over it was an honour and a pleasure.

HUGS,

R!

Sad that there were only two Manila photos in his Instagram and none on his website :( He really didn’t have time to go around Manila? :(

He practically had less than 24 hours. He did take photos for SM. I am certain it will be coming out soon.
